Very nice post.
I, on the other hand, have never really snapped in front of a restaurant or fast food employee. Maybe because I understand the humiliation they'll go through if that were to happen. It's my mom who's been always like that.

good point, kcee. hard to ponder on things like these, and most of us most of the time suffers from the denial disease. what's good to take comfort in is that God will deal with each and every one of us in different ways. what we can do though, for others is to pray that they're not calloused enough either to realize their misdoings or that God is talking to them. :)
